Carpenters are responsible for measuring, cutting, fitting and installation of building materials. Installation of wood doors, steel doors and trim items such as stairs, mouldings and hardware.

Foreman - Experienced

A foreman, or Construction Foreman, is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner. They coordinate daily tasks and delegate individual responsibilities to team members and contractors. Emphasize safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures.

Steel Design Coordinator - Experienced

A steel design coordinator troubleshoots the architectural and structural design drawings and creates a practical workflow for the manufacturing and installations of the steel trade. It’s similar to creating the instructions for a Lego set. We ensure that the design meets regulations, is practical for the fabricators in the shop and has a fluid sequence for the installation crews. Furthermore, as part of the construction team, the Design Coordinator’s responsibility is to also review and coordinate the requirements of the other trades within the project.

Project Manager - Intermediate

The construction project manager's responsibilities are to manage relationships with key stakeholders, create benchmarks for success and deliverables (including managing budgets) and plan work assignments that meet deadlines requirements while considering changes in budget or scope during the execution of the contract.

Sheet Metal Worker - Entry

A sheet metal worker (apprentice) designs, creates, assembles installs, and repairs sheet metal products. They learn to read and understand shop sketches used in fabrication and erection, including those taken from original architectural and engineering drawings or sketches. An apprenticeship training program consists of on-the-job and in-school training.

Sheet Metal Shop Manager - Experienced

Sheet metal shop fabrication managers supervise and coordinate activities of the craft personnel engaged in the fabrication, installation, and repair of sheet metal products, systems, and structures. They must have knowledge of the physical properties and working characteristics of sheet metal, tools and equipment required in the sheet metal trade, and shop mathematics and principles.

Lead Hand - Experienced

A lead hand oversees a team assigned to them and coordinates tasks. They act as intermediaries between employees and supervisors and typically work in large organizations.

Truck Driver - Experienced

Operate and drive straight trucks or tractor trailer combinations to transport goods and materials or equipment.
